CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

All orders are final. We are unable to offer refunds at this time due to scarcity of stock. For more info read our refund policy.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship everywhere and anywhere 

 

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some which include:

  • Domestic United States orders will take 3-5 business days after the order has been shipped with tracking number emailed to the customer
  • International orders will take 7-21 business days after the order has been shipped with tracking email to the customer

CAN I CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Yes, as long as your order has not already shipped and is still shipping with in the same country. Please email grimykids.mail@gmail.com with your name, order number, and updated shipping address as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed and left the warehouse we are unable to make any changes.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged after it leaves our warehouse. 

To protect your shipment, we offer Route+ Shipping Protection to insure your order against loss, theft and damage. This is available to add at checkpoint.
